Transformation is the foundation of life. Life itself started with a great transformation in the Universe. Everything that is alive is going through constant change and transformation, which of course, includes human beings.

Just as the point of singularity went through stages of Transformation to eventually become living chemistry on the planet earth, life itself has the capacity to Transform into higher and higher levels of Perfection. Although Transformation is about the positive evolution of life to a higher state of existence in terms of health and consciousness, change is not necessarily positive and can actually involve destructive, negative outcomes. What is important is to follow a path of transformation so that all change has the opportunity to become transformation as a positive uplifting outcome in life. The key is to find a method for creating a constant state of transformation in day to day life. However, human beings need to be educated about the difference between change and Transformation: to Transform is to change negative patterns into positive ones on all levels simultaneously (physically, mentally and emotionally), rather than address them one at the time.
